TLC was created for the purpose of establishing a stable and strong leadership foundation within organizations. We use a collaborative, team-oriented approach to identify and close the relationship gaps that exist among teams and companies. Our objective is to increase team member engagement and productivity by solidifying the following attributes within leadership teams: trust, honesty, safety, creativity, accountability and values.
Wendy Balman, CPCC, PCC, MA is a co-founder of the Leadership Collaborative and a relational leadership developer. Having experienced her own quest to discover and realize her unique vocation and work in the world, Wendy’s deepest joy comes from utilizing her talents and training so that others can experience renewal and fresh energy as they engage in their life’s work both personally and professionally.

Shannon Bruce, CPCC, PCC is a Catalyst for Change who uses her skills as a Team Coach, Facilitator and Trainer to save companies time, money and pain caused by unresolved conflict. This translates into accelerated performance and sustainable results for her clients. She has 20+ years of experience as a CPA, Auditor, regional and corporate Operations Manager and Entrepreneur. She holds a B.A. in Business from Washington State University and received her coach training from the Coaches Training Institute.
Experience & Education: Includes a 20-year varied career background in public accounting, corporate regional operations management and direct sales leadership prior to entering the coaching field in 2003.
